Im Workshop mit Meli Abt erfährst du alles, um die Herausforderung mit Freude anzugehen und erfolgreich zu bewältigen, sodass du die 100 Kilometer genießen kannst, ohne dir an diesem Tag Gedanken machen zu müssen.
